Why multi-store
Built for owners with many stores
Most bookkeeping tools assume one business. Rhea is being built for groups of roughly 8–30 stores, and our first pilot owners will help shape it.
These are goals for the pilot. We’ll build them with our first owners and say clearly what’s ready before you rely on it.
One LLC per store
Each store keeps its own QuickBooks company. Rhea books each one separately, then rolls them up into one group view.
Stores on different POS systems
Bought a location that runs a different POS? Handling mixed setups is a pilot goal, starting with Square.
Your bookkeeper and CPA stay
They keep working in QuickBooks. Rhea takes on the daily entries so they can spend their time on review and advice.
Franchisor reporting
We plan to build royalty and franchisor sales reports with pilot owners, from the same daily numbers.
Security
Your books stay yours.
Rhea asks for the least access it needs to do the work, and every change it makes in QuickBooks is an entry you can see.

Encrypted connections and tokens
Connections use TLS, and connection tokens are encrypted before they’re stored.
Reads your POS, never changes it
Rhea reads sales and time-card data. It doesn’t change anything in your POS.
QuickBooks changes you can review
Rhea writes to QuickBooks only through journal entries you can see. Corrections are new entries, not silent edits.
Your data, exportable anytime
Ask for an export whenever you like. Your QuickBooks books stay in your QuickBooks account.
No Social Security numbers
Payroll comes in at summary level. We don’t collect employee SSNs.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to leave QuickBooks?
No. Rhea posts entries into your existing QuickBooks Online companies, one per store. Your chart of accounts, history and reports stay where they are.
Which POS systems do you support?
The pilot starts with Square, with QuickBooks Online for the books. Toast, Clover and other systems are on the roadmap, and we’ll add them in the order pilot owners need them. Tell us your POS when you join the waitlist.
What does it cost?
Pilot pricing is per store per month. We’ll share it when we talk.
Does Rhea replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
No. Rhea handles the daily data entry. Your bookkeeper and CPA keep reviewing the books, closing the month and handling taxes in QuickBooks, with cleaner numbers to start from.
Who can see my data?
In the pilot, you decide who gets access, for example your bookkeeper or CPA. Rhea staff access your data only to set up and support your account, and our hosting providers process it on our behalf. We don’t sell your data.
